The design fee can be deducted from the future product payment after the buyer places the order and the order is confirmed.

Custom design can support early project discussion before production quotation. The final product price still depends on confirmed design, materials, quantity, configuration and trade term.
Layout and Room Function
Guest room layout, bathroom position, living room, office, storage room, staff accommodation or reception office requirements.
Configuration Options
Kitchen, bathroom, BBQ, bathtub, jacuzzi, sauna, terrace, canopy, special equipment and non-standard configuration can be discussed separately.
Project Package Planning
Mixed product packages can include Space Capsule Cabins, Finished Modular Homes, Outdoor Kitchens, modular offices and site support products.
Before design starts
Send enough information for a practical layout.
Useful inputs include country, destination city, product type, quantity, target use, site plan, reference photos, preferred size, room functions, kitchen or bathroom needs, outdoor terrace requirements and budget range.
Sunhomee can provide design and quotation support, but local permits, local engineering review, foundation, installation, utility connection and destination-country approval remain buyer-side responsibilities unless a written quotation states otherwise.
Quotation Boundary
The design fee is separate from product price. Final quotation is prepared after layout, material, quantity, configuration, trade term and destination are confirmed.
