Can you quote EXW?
Yes. EXW quotation is available. FOB or CIF can be checked after quantity, destination port, and packing details are confirmed.
What information is needed for a quote?
Product type, model or size, quantity, destination country and port, use case, required options, and preferred trade term.
Are movable furniture and soft furnishings included?
No. For Space Capsule Cabins and Finished Modular Homes, movable furniture and soft furnishings are not included in the base quotation. Appliances are quoted separately only if required and confirmed in writing.
What does Finished Modular Homes mean?
Finished Modular Homes can be supplied as factory-completed units or flat-pack components for site assembly, depending on confirmed model and order scope. Finished means interior wall and ceiling finishes plus bathroom fittings. Movable furniture and soft furnishings are not included.
Who handles installation?
Site foundation, lifting equipment, assembly or positioning labor, local permits, and final utility connection are usually handled by the buyer or local contractor unless included in the confirmed quotation.
Can these modular units be used as offices or commercial spaces?
Some modular units can be configured for sales offices, site offices, reception rooms, showrooms, staff rooms, or other commercial project uses. Final layout, insulation, utilities, foundation, installation method, and local approval should be confirmed according to the destination and local requirements.
Do you provide prefab offices from China?
Sunhomee can discuss prefab office or modular commercial space requirements based on layout, size, configuration, quantity, and destination. Local permits, foundation, utility connection, installation, and local code approval are buyer-side responsibilities unless otherwise agreed in the confirmed quotation.
Can you ship to my country?
Shipping options can be checked after the buyer confirms quantity, destination port, and product dimensions. Local customs and import rules should be checked by the buyer.
Do you provide certificates?
Available documents depend on product model and confirmed order. Do not assume local approval before checking project requirements with a local professional.
How fast do you reply?
For clear requirements, the target reply time is within 48 hours by Email or WhatsApp.
