Prices depend on model, quantity, configuration, destination, and confirmed scope. Sunhomee can quote EXW first. FOB or CIF can be checked after the buyer confirms order details.
- Included items are listed on the product quotation.
- For Space Capsule Cabins and Finished Modular Homes, movable furniture and soft furnishings are not included in the base quotation.
- Appliances and other upgrades are quoted separately only if required and confirmed.
- Delivery method is confirmed by product: factory-completed unit, flat-pack components, or modular site assembly.
